IMPRESSIVE CEREMONY. (Sun Cable.) CONSTANTINOPLE September 10 There was an impressive ceremony in the Crimean cemetery where the monument to the British soldiers who died in captivity and since the occupation was travelled by General Harrington. The Australian and New Zealand represtentafjpV'es were amongst those who place wreathes on it.
