PUBLIC NOTICES. BOROUGH OF THAMES. RESOLUTION BY WAY OF SPECIAL ORDER MAKING BY-LAW. Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Thames Borough Council 'held on Monday, the 27th day of August, 1923, at 7.25 p.m. the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on Monday, the 24th day of September 1923 at 7.30 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Albert Street. That the Thames Borough ■Council hereby , resolves by way of Special Order to make the following by-law by way of addition and amendment to the Council's Building Bylaws, that is to say:— 1. Paragaph 9 of the Council's Building By-laws made 10th day of January, 1916, is hereby amended by the addition of the following proviso viz. “Provided also that the Council may by resolution permit the alteration of or addition to existing dwelling houses in material other than brick, in respect of No. 1 area.” ARTHUR CHAPMAN, Town Clerk. 28th August, 1923.
