SALE OF BUTTER.
LONDON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MAKE ENQUIRIES. (Press Association). The Chamber of Commerce has received the following cable from the London Chamber: “It is reported here by members of the provision trade, a section of this Chamber, that legislation is being considered by the New Zealand .Parliament affecting the sale of butter. Kindl.v inform us of the position. Me would strongly urge that nothing be done to create pools or prevent a free and open market.”
