HARBOUR BILL PASSES. ALL STAGES. (Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 21. The Legislative Council sat at 2.30 p.m. to, -day. The Native Land Claims Adjustment Amendment Bill was further postponed. The Auckland Suburban Drainage Amendment Bill was
passed. The Thames Harbour Board Loan and Empowering Amendment Bill was read a second time and xefened to the Statutes Revision Committee. The Land and Income Tax Amendment Bill was passed. The Council rose at 3.50 p.m. till 2.3 p.m. Thursday. THE HOUSE.
The House spent the whole of the day discussing the Finance Bill which passed all stages /unamended. The House rose at 1.40 a.m. till 2.30 p.m. to-day.
