The Capture of Birds and Shooting Prohibition Bill was passed and the State Advances Amendment Bill was read a second time. The Council rose at 5.3 p.m. THE HOUSE. The House read for the second time the Savings Bank Amendment Bill, Registration of Aliens Suspension (Bill, Auckland University Amendment Bill, Victoria 'College Amendment Bill, Fisheries Amendment Bill, Samoan Amendment Bill. The House rose at 12.45 a.m.
