BOAT LOST. SOUTH AFRICAN TRAGEDY. (Reuter.) CAPETOWN, Feb. IS. While thirteen men and one boy were fishing in a boat at False Bay, during a heavy gale, the boat disa}lpeared. Presumably it capsized and all in it were di’owned. Four bodies have been washed ashore. ' A COLLISION. (Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., Feb. 20. A fatal accident occurred at Bunnythorpe this morning, when the Auckland-Wellington express collided with a milk dray driven by Arthur Andrew, aged 24, a farmer. Deceased was badly injured about the head and chest,'and died shortly after he was picked up.
