IN EGYPT.
BRITSSH POLICY. agreement reached. (A. and N. Z. Cable.) LONDON, February 17. - The Cabinet has reached a complete agreement with Viscount Allenby on the future Government of Egypt. The terms have not yet been announced, but, it is understood that Viscount Allenby will return to Egypt immediately, empowered to negotiate an arrangement with 'Sarwat Pasha. It is believed that Viscount Allenby has accepted the main heads of the policy previously published, with a compromise relating to the British garrisons.
