FRENCH OPINION.
NEWSPAPER COMMENT. (A. and N. Z. Cable.) (Received 10.10 a.m.) PARIS, Dec. 22. While some express disappointment with the London conversations tho newspapers generally believe that 'the differences will soon be satisfactorily adjusted. The Petit Parisienne declares that both Ministers are working for tho consolidation of Europe, but, while M. Briand wants to begin with a Franco-British understanding, Mr. Lloyd George wants to start a European plan, with the inclusion of Germany.
