CABINET RE-ARRANGED. THREE MINISTERS DROPPED. (A. and N.Z. Cable.v MELBOURNE, Dec. 22. A complete re-shuffle of the Federal Ministry is announced. Mr G. H. Wise, Hon. Minister, Mr Laird 'Smith, Minister for the Navy, and Senator Russell, vice-president of the Executive been dropped and*Messrs Bruce, Lamohd, Foster, and Marks appointed, the last-named, as Under-Secretary, assisting Mr Hughes with no seat at Cabinet' meetings. The following is the rearrangement of the Cabinet: Mr W. M. Hughes, Prime Minister and Minister of External Affairs, Senator G. - F. Pearce, Minister of Home Affairs and Territories, Senator E. D. Mil'-' !en, Minister of Repatriation, Hon. 3D. E. Groome, Attorney-General. Hon. Massey Greene, Minister of Defence, Hon. A.
