THE NEW CONTRACT. (Press Association.) \ - WELLINGTON, August. 4, • Details-of the new contract between the Government and the Colonial Sugar Company have not yet been announced, but there are good reasons for believing that the price of sugar is going to be reduced by at least Id per lb., when the new arrangement comes into operation.
