At Temuka, a^ecently a farm of 350 acres, the property of Mir. G. H. Stewart, near Orari, w.as sold by auction in seven lots in less than 15 minutes at prices ranging from £50' to £74 per acre to six buyers. Two homestead lots fetched £54 and £70 respectively.
