A case in point has recently occurred in Wellington, where an appeal was re-opened. The chairman; M-r. Mooiihouse, said that evidence had been giiven to the Boardl with the intention, of misleading; it, amdi. unless tihis was satisfactorily explained other proceedings would be' taken.
