ROME, June 22.
The arrival of Italian reinforcements is showing a resolve $0 terminate Bbdouin resistance at Cyrenaica. Aziz ifey retired with Turkish regulars towards the Egyptian frontier. A fight ensued between the Turks and Berbers 1. The latter*B casualties were three hundred. The Italians in a sharp 'fight at Efitenji lost nineteen killed and 222! Wounded.
