Harry M'olntosh Murison was sentenced to 'twelve months' probation for supplying* a girl with a noxious drug. His Honor said that thei prisoner hud behf:ved'straighti forwardly throughout and mairried! the! girl. There was only one case on record in New! Zealand wh"erei probation had been! granted in such an offence.
