CATTLE STEALING. BOUIRKE FOIUND GUILTY ON MINOIR CHARGE. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND 1, December 7. At the Suipreme Court .Edward Bourk©, charged with cattle stealing 1, was found guilty of being in possession of stolen property and being a party to the sale of same, but ihe evidence was insufficient to establish the more serious charge. Counsel submitted? this was a verdict of nofc guilty. His Honor said he had no doubt in his own mind what was the intention of the jury, but would take time to consider.
Accused was remanded till Thursday.
