PERTHi, December G. The Premier introduced a taxation bill to provide an all round land tax of Id in the ■£ on unimproved values, albolishingi the half penny ta.x on improved yalues. Income tax was fiixed at 4d in the £■ up to £500, rising then a penny for each additional £256 to £3iOo and over £'5000 £ tax of Is, absentees to pay 50 per cent, extra and all companies Is in the pound on .netprofits.
