Yesterday afternoon a terrible accident occurred at the water tower which the J^'ranikton Towto Board is erecting on Frankton hill. A young man namedl Neil Kennedy was working with another under the floor of the tank and endeavouring to pa§a his mate, slipped from the scaffolding to the basement, a distance of 76 feet. Kennedy w'as unconscious When admitted to the hospital and died later.
