The tenders received were as under: Scheidler and party., siifeing £fi 7 s 6d per fotit, cha.inbeir £40 ; McCbllum and party, sinking £f per foot, cbfiinber £42 ; Cameron ami party, sMdng shaft ,£6 15 per foot., chamter £41.
