Mi- Loughn;m sets out ter» separate matters connected with the Mokau transaction, with respect to which the Government and the purchasers of the block have been assailed. He makes some strong comments on Mr Massey's action in the master, and concludes by stating 1: E'Mr Massey can take what change he can get out of that.
