YOUNG AUSTRALIA LEAGUE.
TREATMENT OF BOYS BiY NEW ZBAiLANDBRS. PERTH, December 7 . Recently an article by Mr Simons in charge of the Young Australia League boys touring America, appealed" to the local press stating, .thnt strong antipathy was shown by Xew Zealanders to Australians, evidence of which were observed during the boys 'stay in Wellington. Sir William Russell, who is returning to New Zealand by the Mooltan, interviewed, declared it was all non i sense. The" only feeling entertained towards 'Australians was one of cordiality and good fellowship. New Zealanders had an intense love of their country, but to say they dsspised Australians in the Dominion ■was ridiculous. The only real fact in Mr Simon's statement was that Now Zealanders in speech and manner's n Bwere more English than were the Australians.
