Fitzroy Hotel, Wakefleld street, owmcd fay Greait Nlorthern Brewery.
The maxim/mmi number of hotels the committee had power to close was fourteen and thef miinimum three.
'Brewersi estimate the loss as Iy.?twteen value of the places named as hotels and their value as unlicensed houses at 'between .£16,000 and £18,000.
