Redwood and O'Meara, 'involving payment of rates on the' Convent Ground, fne Feilding Borough Council last night decided to ask the secretary of the Municipal association to conduct the Council's case in am appeal on behalf of the Councils of Netv Zeailand a«^ the whole borouijyhs of the Dominion would be affected. - ___________^_^
