Training Colleges.
A' OATHOLKJ DEPUTATION, j (Per United Press Association) (Received 26th, 11.53 p.m.) LONDON, July 26. Ad influential deputation of Catholics, headed by j'AjUdum'shop Bourne, protested that, t&e new regulations must destroy the denominational character of training colleges. jlSir Henry Campbell-Bannerman and Mr McKenna maintained the equity of the^ retru'-jii-:- nd declared that they did not desire,to impair tthe present charaater of tihe oollegps. If the regulations did destroy the colleges the 'situation would be reconsidered, but the GWernmentl claimed a fair trial.
