OLD ALBURNIA.
I During the past week driving, on tfea^ijfse^ofjtlie^i^ reef ihas been advanced a further 13ft. The reef looks better in this drive now* and the country encasing it is of a better description of isood 1 firm sandstone, and ■the quartz broken is carrying a more favourable ©lass of mineral, but no gold haa been-seen in it. The west drive has,been.extended ,18ft. Thej smalr'nb of 4^rt« that na i been followed in theiJhaja^pgwall of the main tody has now .opened out to 4 or sft in thickness, and still carries the same good mineral indications, but no gold has been seen in it.
