Paul Marie, chef at the "Tiffin," and Emile da Balman, a ygung man cook, just, engaged, were badly scalded this morning by an. explosion of a steam chest ueed for cooking food. The report'of the explosion and the screams of the sufferers brought.' assitrtanee. They -were attended to and then rmnoved to li»e hospital. Neither of the men, is very seriously hurt.
