LONDON, June 11. A Spanish lady, a resident of Paris, named Debeistgin, obtained judgment against Frank Uaciroix Gardner, the Company promoter, who came from Australia, and was lately in London, for Sir Edward Carson stated that the plaintiffs secretary and the defendant hlad 'conspired to gradually procure the plaintiff's money on the pretence of investing it on a basis of division of profits between herself and Gardner. She had advanced Gardner £2<2'5,359 in cash and also £577,078 worth of securities. It was alleged that besides entering in the ibooks smaller sums than those received the i- defendant drew dividends belonging to her, making a total <tf £983,758. She received nothing! in return. Rufus Isaaci stated "that as his client (the defendant) had. hot appeared, and he was unable to call him: as a witness, Ke consented to the adjudication, whiohi Justice Channel entered with! <tostfe.
