FRENCH PEASANTS' GRIEVANCES. TROOPS QUELL DISTURBANCE. (Per United Press Association.) PAJRIS, June 11. Serious rioting occurred at Mount Pellier. Th» cafes were sacked.
Al troop of cavalry and compauy of infantry quelled the disturbance* Sixteen arrests were made.
(Our enables states that over a taillion peasants held a great demonstration at Mount Pellier and the rioting as above is the outcome. They strongly support the agitation for legislation agwinst fhe adulteration of wine.)
