Tlie-re is not news from the interior of the island, communication being very difficult.
A Press AssO'oiation's representative with, Sir A. Jones' party state that several additional shocks aaid fires were experienced on Tuesday. Negroes are looting the-rum shops.
At least fivo hundred -were killed and forty-five invalid soldiers were burnt to death! in tfo'e military hospital.
