SOFIA, November 21. . Danefr, the Premier, in a speeohi in the Subrange declared., that life in Macedonia ought to be made bearable in. order to prevent the emigration. He would intern: certain former officers of Bulgaria, who had taken a, prominent part in the agitation, and would increase the troops •on the frontier. The Turks were incapable of completely closing the frontier to the. raiding bands, and unless the Powers supported Bulgaria the day would come when she would be unable t> stem the Macedonian ourreni.
