SPEECH BY MR. REDMOND. (Per Press Association,—Copyright.) LONDON, November 20. Mr Redmond met with an enthusiastic reception at a torchlight procession at Dublin. In a speech from the Lelaguei offices bal|>n,y he ,said he was responsible for the policy of the party in the House of Commons, which had been arranged prior to his departure. They would return to Ireland to fight the landlords and coercion.
