The Premier has assured Mr T. M. Willord Vhat there will be an enquiry into'the Newtown Park scandal. Mr Wilford, however, i& not satisfied at a iuer& Departtmentul enquiry, and presses for a further enquiry before three Commissioners —one nominated by. the 1 jnen> another by the Departr luent, and a third who shall be Chairman, to be a Stipendiary Magistrate, with some experience in volunteering. '
