PARIS, March 5
In the Chamber of Deputies M. Delcasse, replying to questions, said the Allies neither studied the question nor decided upon the "proposed expedition to interior China. France would nofa participate in any such expedition without weighty reasons,or .first consulting the Chamber. The French troops would remain in China to secure the final settlement which would not be detrimental to France's interests. ■
