McGregor v Walker, claim £64' 3s-. A. Dick v C. Haines, judgment summons, claim £4 5s 7d. Ordered to pay full amount in one month.—E. Pilling v. W. Pearson, judgment summons, £22 2s 6d. Defendant was ordered to pay £1 per month.—G. Moyes v J. McCauley, £5 5s Hid. Defendant- stated that he j had paid the amount and had received a receipt, but it had been .burnt/ Didnot know to whom he had paid it. The Court nonsuited plaintiff.—Kmily Vuglar v D. Mcßae, claim £11 Is 4d. Counterclaim for £10 16s 6d. Judgment for 'amount claimed and costs. Counter- claim, ..£2 16s 6d allowed and costs £1 4s. ' SLY GROG CASE. Police v Edward Donnelly, of Whiirekstwa. Mr Moss appeared' for defendant and Sergt. Breniwne conducted the cas for the police. Constables Whe/lam and Flavell and a bushman, named Palmer, gave evidence as to the sale of liquor. ■ Five bottles of beer were produced in Court, and an empty beer keg, which had aiso been found on the premises, were 'exhibited.
