THE DREYFUS CASE.
PARIS, December 28. Colonel Picqrart, writing to M. Rousseau, declines tha amnesty provided under the BUI, and demands his-judicial rehabilitation. A violent article by M. Rochefort with reference to the sentence on Commandant Cuignet has evoked an appeal from ex. Captuin Dreyfus to the Government for a fresh enquiry. He states he will never rest until he obtains legal recognition oi his innocence.
