Westralian Separation.
(Press Association —Copyright!) KALGOOELIE, April 21. The Goldfields' Separation League wired to the Premiers' Conference that it was generally thought that even if Sir John Forrest's amendments were agreed to, the acceptance, of the Bill by the majority of the people was very doubtful, and tht chance of Westralia joining- as ai original State would be decreased, in stead of increased. It was regarded | as certain that the goldfields people would earnestly desire intercolonial tree trade,, and failing- that the) | would prefer ai sliding seal© to a fivt years' fiscal slavery.
