LONDON, April 20. The Daily Chronicle states. that the remounts have arrived, and Lord Roberta is ready to advance. s It ia reported! that the Boers at Biggarsberg retired 1 after* malting a' feint to draw General Buller prematurely. Fifteen thousand Boers occupy a succession of ridges between Sunday j River and Dundee 1. j They expected the British to follow the line of railway along the Waschbank Valley. The fortifications were so arranged 1 as to enable a gradual retreat under cover to be made. Two hundred Boers' cattle: were captured and brought to Boshof.
