COLONEL PLUMER'S,', COLUMN. REINFORCEMENTS FORT SALISBURY. v LONDON, April 18. Mafelting was well and resolute on, the 11th 'vast. LONDON, April 19. A hundred mounted police have left Fort Salisbury to reinforce Colonel Plumer's column.
