SYDNEY, Nov. 24
The Daily Telegraph, congratulates New Zealand upon being the first in getting 1 the troops to the Cape. The Government raised and embarked the contingent with zealous expedition, and its early arrival proves the spontaniety in offering the troops, backed by thoroughness of organisation.
