If the British troops at Glencoe are reinforced the Boeer force at Vryheid threatens to cross the Buffalo River and seize the railway' running from Durban to Lang's Nek, and thus isolate the British troops at Dundee and Ladysmith.
LONDON, Sept, 28. The Daily Telegraph states that proof is accumulating at the Cape of the existence of a great Dutch conspiracy against British supremacy, and that tie Free State is involved.
