(Per Press Association.) Qtjeenstcwn, February 21. I At the annual meeting of the Accident Assurance Society of the Fire Brigades' Association, the baU ance for the year was £756. The claims totalled £610. At the instance of the Napier Brigade, the rules were amended, making intoxication a distinct bar to claim for benen't. Oapt. Fookes was elected President.
