Pabis, February 20. M, Loubet denie3 that he is either a Dreyfusite or an anti-Dreyfusite, but he is with the majority in favor of truth and justice. Prince victor Napoleon has issued a portentous manifesto in which he alleges that President Faure committed suicide. The police are watching Prince Victor and ths Duke of Orleans, neither of whom, however, shows the slightest intention of making a coup d etat. Sixty thousand persons visited tne death chamber on Monday and viewed the late President Faure's body.

PARIS, February 21. The Chamber of Deputies has ordered a State funeral for the late President Faure to cost 165,000 francs. M. Loubet has proclaimed general mourning. He will not attend public ceremonials for a month. He has granted the colleges a holiday; remitted the punishment on soldiers and sailors undergoing imprisonment, and given 20,000 francs to the poor o? Paris.
The special committee, set up by the Senate, has reported favorably upon M. Lebret's Dreyfus Revisioa Bill.
