THE DRUCE CASE.
LONDON, February 18,
In November last Mrs. Druce obtained facility to open the grave of C. Druce, alleged to be the Duke of Portland, in Highgate Cemetery, the surviving trustee under J. C. Druce's will appealing against the opening.
The Queen's Bench has now decided that the sanction of Sir M. W. Ridley, Home Secretary, is necessary before the grave can be opened.
