BULLION RETURNS.
The bullion yield for the past* foar weeks has been the largest obtained this year from the Auckland goldfields, and when a few returns come to hand in the course of the next day or so the total will be about £55,000. The yield for the twelve month* is estimated to be roughly about £647,000, or an inorease of about £144,600 over that of 1897. It is expected the return from the Woodstock will ba about £2600. The Great Mercury treated 158 tons for bullion valued at £350. TheMariposa'scleanup realised £325.
