Hobart, July 4
The Court of Inquiry into tho wreck of the steamer Graf'on has been found to have proceeded irregularly. The Government has therefore returned tho Captain his certificate. Melbourne, July 4.
In the Legislative Assembly Sir G. Turner has iutrpduced a Bill to appropriate £20 000 from the Licensing Act compensation fuud in support of charities, and it further provides that £10,000 be taken from the fund for the last succeeding year for a similar purpose,
