London, March 22.; The Athens correspondent of the Daily^NewM wires that eighty thousand Greek troops are massed on the Turkish frontier, and seventeen thousand on jthe Gulf., of Arta and other bodies of troops at LarissaandTrikala. rJ • The Athens correspondent of The Times says the Greek Government " would gladly defer to Euibne's will if the Turkish troops would withdraw.
