The weather i? fine for the races and there is a large attendance. Results are:— ' -
Trial Hubdles.—Rainbow A, Flint 2, Gorse 3. Rhino, Progress, and Ngaohuneokuku were scratched. Won comfortably by two lengths, Gorse a good third. Time, 2mins 54 l-sth sees. Dividend, £2 15s.
High Weigiit Handicap.—Primula 1, New Forest 2, Maid Marion 3. Lotion and Rainbow wore scratched. Won easily by two lengths. Time lmin 59secs. Dividend, £2.
