Integrity of Turkey.

The Berlin-GsVe Tideude newspaper, published here, states that an agreement has been arrived at between Eussia and Turkey, by wliich the Czar guarantees the integrity of Turkey, giving in return an island in the Mediterranean and the peninsula of Mount Athos.
