GOLDEN POINT.
At a meeting of shareholders of the Golden Point company this afternoon Mr T. 8. George, who presided, stated that a new company had been formed to take over the property on terms previously agreed to. were passed authorising the sale of the property and machinery to the New Grolconda-Point company, the latter to pay all liabilities, and auother resolution was passed authorising the voluntary liquidation of the Golden Point company, Mr S. H. Mathews being appointed liquidator.
