Anniversary of Otago Provines.
(Per Press Association.) Dunediv, March 19. At a meeting in connection with observing the anniversary of the province Dr. Hock en suggested that steps be taken to erect a suitable building to preserve the records. If that were done he would be proud to present the library and other possessions he had accumulated to such an institution. It is probable' that something will be done next year, which is the jubilee of the settlement.
