Kempthorne, Prosser Drug Company.
(Per Press Association.) I>unbdin, March 19. At the annual meeting of Kempthorne, Prosser's Drug Company a dividend of 7 per cent, was declared, and £18,764 was carried forward. The Chairman said that £2500 debentures were paid oft' out of calls, and the open liabilities were reduced to £6717. The Company is now free of iucuuibrauces.
